I think I may have inadvertently angered America’s favorite Personal Trainer today. Last week Bob Harper made a comment on MyTrainerbob.com – asking for feedback on his issuing challenges only on his web site. He’s having time management issues – a portion of that blog can be found below.
Bob’s request – from Please Login or Register to see the link.
I’m thinking about just working from this website and not facebook anymore. Having everyone come here everyday for their Challenges and comments might be the best idea so when I have my morning coffee and do my posts, I only have to go to one site, mytrainerbob.com…..I welcome comments.
My response was:
I just read your Blog over @MyTrainerbob.com. There are applications that you can add to your web site that will allow you to post to both Twitter and Facebook at the same time. If you look at Willosweb.com – you can see a link at the bottom of each posts where you can “share” the post you’ve made. If you had your web site developers add this feature to your web site it would be EASY PEASY for you to post challenges to MyTrainerbob.com – and with one click post a link to your blog on Facebook and Twitter.
Life doesn’t have to be so difficult – you just need to find the right tools to make things easier. The LAST thing we want {as your fans} – is for you to feel overwhelmed and give up entirely. Remember there is no shame in asking for HELP – if you need someone to take care of some of the administrative tasks – then find a terrific assistant that shares your same philosophies in life. I’m sure there are thousands of volunteers already

Bob’s response via his Facebook page was:
WT Frack?
Appreciate the suggestions Jaci…I do actually have an amazing assistant that I love and couldn’t live without
One other fan of Bob took this the wrong way – she had joked around about becoming his assistant the day before – and responded to this with “Now I feel awful”. Which made me think – is Bob being snarky in his response to me? Have I angered our beloved Bob somehow?
The only thing I can think of that might have made him upset with me – is about a month ago I asked how he felt about Jillian Michales new line of weight loss supplements. I was angry at the time over the announcement – and still think it’s a bad idea for jills to get messed up in that. But – perhaps my questioning Bob to comment just angered him?
I think people surrounding the biggest Loser have always given my blog more power than it actually has. Sure – at one point in time I was getting 5,000 readers on a regular basis. So perhaps there was a small influence with some of the show fans there. But really – no one even cares about what I say any more. So why get mad?
For what it’s worth – my response to Bob was heartfelt – and I truly thought I was offering a helpful solution to his dilemma. Perhaps the lesson learned is that I should just mind my own business and stop trying to save the world.
I’m too frackin’ nice.

Wed @ 9pm on Fox
I just watched the first episode this morning – and I’m not sure I’m 100% happy with the way JD Roth and the other Producers are portraying our curvy sisters. Rather than showing confident women – I see them battling self esteem issues. The swooning over a first hand hold was emotional – yes – but certainly doesn’t show the confident woman Luke says he’s looking for. I’ve been around the “Reality TV” world for awhile – having auditioned for Biggest Loser and for More To Love. So I know that the show is all in the editing. I hope that the second episode shows the TRUE BEAUTY of the women – and not just the drama that I am sure is about to ensue based on the promos. Plus Size women have enough of a battle on hand in getting the rest of the world to take us SERIOUSLY – as intelligent, creative, beautiful people. We don’t need to be portrayed as weak and needy – and lacking confidence by a “Reality Show” that is far from “real”.
I have a device set up on my blog called Site Meter – that tells me what sort of things on my web site are being read. It’s a marketing tool really to see what attracts people to your blog so that you can keep on writing about the same stuff. For me it’s a way to get to know my readers … see where they come from … what key words brought them to my site via a google search …. and where they landed on the blog. It’s FUN to see how diverse the reading audience is … and what topics interest all of you.

Cyber Sleuth
But what drives me absolutely totally bonkers is when people do a specific Google search using my full real name, the words “Willos Web” and then my pseudo name “Willo Keays”. I’m going nuts right now trying to figure out who is cyber-stalking me! AND … to make things MORE mysterious … the same person is looking for past members of my old chat room – The Rumor Mill. They’re doing a specific search on the people who chatted with me while we were casting for one of the reality shows. BUT WHY? Why are they looking for us?
And what’s even MORE funny is that this particular reality show just announced they were casting for their 9th Season … so when you stop to think about it you have to wonder … is this particular stalker a Casting Director for the show? And why are they so interested in all of those folks from the Rumor Mill?
AND WHAT’S MOST IMPORTANT … why do I still care?! UGH!!
Every time I think I’m over that part of my life – I get sucked in again. I love a good mystery – just ask my mom. We’re having a ton of fun trying to figure out who the killer is on “Harper’s Island” this summer. So this latest cyber-stalking stint is hitting that desire to solve the mystery. And I can’t!
Here’s what I do know .. this person is logging in from the same IP several times a day. The IP is not registered – or it’s a hidden registry. A second IP is registering in from Bainbridge Island, WA and the third is a familiar one from Boyton Beach, FL. This 3rd one ALWAYS appears during casting for this particular show. Search words used are “willos web” “willo keays” specific other user names from the Rumor Mill, and a search for another weight loss support group that formed from the Rumor Mill.
Whatever information this person is looking for – they’re obviously not finding it. The Rumor Mill is long gone, all information from that time in my life has been removed from the blog, and I’m no where near interested in going through yet another gut wrenching round of “We totally love you … you’re still in the running … we’ll present you to the producer” just to be let down in the end.
So I guess I have to ask this cyber stalker to either send me a private note asking what you’re looking for … or to please leave me alone. I’d like to move on from all of that nonsense … and you’re making it quiet difficult!
UPDATE: Just an FYI for anyone who might visit Joe’s Place Blog for American Idol news … I was attacked via her ads and malware this morning with a serious Trojan virus that started to auto download and install software. I won’t be going back there for news on Idol because of that.
I can’t even finish watching the disaster that is Lil Rounds tonight. It is by far the worst performance of her so far in the competition. If her fan base does not call en mass – she will be going home. I loved the concept of switching The Rose over into a Gospel song … but Lil had pitch problems throughout the song and it just did not work. I can hear her arguing with Simon in the background … I’m sure he had something not so nice to say.

Kris Allen - Tops the Night
My order of personal preference tonight is as follows:
#1 – Kris – I don’t think I’ve ever heard that song before and I really enjoyed it.
#2 – Danny – he touched that soft spot in my heart once again.
#3 – Adam – what can I say that hasn’t alredy been said. He’s a brilliant performer and I ejoyed watching him tonight. There was just something a little … off .. about the song though. I can’t put my finger on it.
#4 – Allison – though it did sound as if she’s battling some sort of throat issues.
#5 – Matt – I thought he did rather well – though he did have some pitch issues
#6 – Anoop – forgettable performance – especially having gone before Adam. I think the show producers have doomed Anoop this week.
#7 – Lil – well … see my notes above.
I think Lil should go home .. but I think Anoop will be the victim this week. I feel bad for him because he’s good. Any other season of Idol and he’d be a top contender. It just so happens this season has some amazing talent.
FYI – for AI fans – Joe’s Place Blog is down and out for a few days. Apparently her web host couldn’t handle the traffic! But she should be up and running again in time for next week’s show.
Kris blew me away tonight – he was AMAZING! One of my favorite songs .. and he made it so relevant and current – I know it will be making into my Playlist this week.
Adam – what a surprise. I don’t think anyone expected him to pick Play That Funky Music. It was a bit cheesy and over the top – but I don’t think it will hurt him one bit.
Danny – I don’t know how many times I played that same song over and over again the past few years. The emotion behind his performance was touching. HOWEVER .. I think Danny has to watch out for Kric sneaking in from the back of the pack.
Allison did look a bit like Pebbles Flintstone tonight – I totally thought she was going to sing Cindy Lauper when I first saw her outfit. She did well on the No Doubt song .. but not her best.
Matt and Anoop – total disappointments for me this week. I really didn’t like their performances – but I adore them both and don’t thing either deserves to be in the bottom three.
Lil – was just OK. Why did she not do a song from the R&B genre? I don’t get her song selection and I think she’s in trouble this week.
Scott – while it was his best performance to date – it just wasn’t up to the same caliber as all the other performers. I’m happy we finally got to see a good performance from him … I just think it’s too late in the game and he won’t ever be able to grow the way Kris has.
Megan – please America – please. Send Megan home. Why did she not pick a song in the style she wants to join? Adel? Amy Winehouse? Let us see that she can thrive in the style she has chosen. No – she flubbed up a Bob Marley song – and it was HORRID!
Matt, Scott and Megan bottom three this week.
